Kuzyn Builds began as a one-man operation, started by Tomasz Kukawka with a vision for quality craftsmanship and a love for design that goes back to childhood. What started as Tomasz's transition from insurance to construction has grown into a full construction and development company serving London and Southwestern Ontario.
From humble beginnings, we've expanded into ADUs, multi-unit developments, and commercial work, always maintaining our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. Founded in 2015, we launched our innovative ADU models—The Paul, The Maria, and The Henry—in 2021, and were honored with a 2024 London Urban Design Awards nomination for our church conversion project. Today, we continue to build lasting relationships and vibrant communities across the region.
